Minimums

Our minimum opening order is $200.
Minimum quantity for items priced at or below $6 is 6 per item. Products priced more than $6 wholesale have a minimum of 3.

If you have any questions as you're preparing your order, please feel free to e-mail rhonda@colorboxletterpress.com, or give us a call us at 972-743-8455. All orders must be submitted with payment. We do not ship until payment is received.

Please note, boxed sets cannot be repackaged.

Our typical turnaround is 3-7 business days. Trade show orders will ship within 3-4 weeks. If you prefer a delayed ship date, we are happy to accommodate you. Large orders may be subject to a longer production time. If you need your order quickly or by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate!

Shipping

We ship wholesale orders via USPS Priority or UPS ground unless otherwise requested. If you require expedited shipping, the costs will be based on package size, weight, and delivery location. USPS Priority or UPS Ground shipping cost for the lower 48 United States are as follows: $15 for orders under $200, $20 for orders between $200-$400. Orders placed direct with Color Box on our wholesale website (wholesale.colorboxletterpress.com) over $500 receive free shipping to lower 48 contiguous states only.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of when your order has been placed. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported by phone or e-mail within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items. If anything arrives to you damaged, give us a call and we’ll get new product out to you right away.

Printing

All of our letterpress products are printed by hand on our two Vandercook 4 cylinder presses and our Heidelburg Windmill platen press. All other products are printed by our friends here in Dallas, Texas. Due to the handmade nature of this printing process, slight variations in ink coverage and density are to be expected and are part of why we love letterpress!
